Why lab records help
Lab results are easier to review when dates, values, units, clinic names, and notes stay together. This can help you prepare for rechecks without searching through photos, PDFs, or scattered messages.
Lab history is also more useful when it sits beside weight, feeding, hydration, medications, blood pressure, symptoms, litter box changes, and daily notes.
How it works in FeliVitals
- Add lab results. Enter the date, title, clinic or doctor, selected values, units, and visit notes.
- Review results. Open saved results in grouped sections, such as urine, kidney, electrolytes, liver, glucose, CBC, proteins, and other results.
- Review trends. Use Labs Summary for recent records and select a parameter when you want to see its history over time.
- Adjust units and ranges. Set the unit system and edit reference ranges for each lab parameter when your clinic uses different ranges.

Add values from a veterinary lab report, choose units where available, and keep the date, title, clinic, and notes with the record.
Review results
Saved results open as a clean read-only view, grouped by section so the values from one visit are easier to scan.
Review trends
Labs Summary shows recent records. Premium can show full lab trend charts for selected numeric parameters.

Choose the lab unit system and adjust reference ranges for each parameter, so your records match the ranges used by your clinic.
Units and ranges
FeliVitals supports common lab units and can display values in the unit system you choose. For each lab parameter, you can adjust units where available and edit reference ranges in settings.
This helps keep records closer to the ranges printed by your veterinary lab. These ranges are only a record-keeping aid. Your veterinarian should explain what a result means for your cat.
