Plan a vet visit
Open Visits from Today or Tools, or choose Visit from Add entry. Save the date, then add a time, clinic or veterinarian, and notes if you need them.
Choose a check-up, vaccination, lab test, procedure, emergency visit, or your own visit name. You can add a past appointment as well as an upcoming one.
Keep upcoming and past visits together
Upcoming visits are listed from the nearest date. History keeps past appointments, with the most recent first. Open a visit to read the notes or edit its details.
A visit moves to History when its date and time have passed. This does not confirm that the appointment took place.
Add notes and lab results
Use the visit note for questions, observations, or the instructions your veterinarian gave you.
Choose Add Lab Results from a visit to create a linked result. The cat, date, and clinic are filled in for you. Check or edit the details, then enter values or scan a photo or PDF with AI. Saved results appear in both the visit and Labs.
You can add several results to a visit. Deleting the visit keeps those results in Labs. Existing results already saved in Labs cannot be attached to a visit.
Set a reminder on this device
Turn on a reminder and choose when you want to be notified before the appointment. Allow notifications on your phone so the reminder can appear.
Visit details are shared through Shared Care, but reminders are set separately on each phone. Each caregiver should enable their own reminder.
Free and Premium
Visits and appointment reminders are free for your cat. Premium adds access to multiple cat profiles and Shared Care with other caregivers.
In Shared Care, the household can review the same visit details and linked results. An internet connection is needed to send and receive updates.
Prepare a PDF separately
Want a summary of daily care and lab history for the appointment? Use Premium PDF export. Vet Notes holds the questions for that report; it is separate from a visit's note. Appointment history is not a PDF report section.
FAQ
Can I save a visit without a time?
Yes. The date is required, but the time, clinic, and note are optional.
Can I keep lab results with a visit?
Yes. Add a new result from the visit. It stays linked to that visit and is also available in Labs.
Will everyone in Shared Care get the reminder?
No. Each caregiver sets reminders on their own phone. Sharing the appointment does not switch on another person's notifications.
Can I track more than one cat's appointments?
With Premium, you can view visits for all your cats or filter the list to one cat.
