Important note
FeliVitals creates a record from information you enter. It does not diagnose, interpret results, recommend treatment, or replace veterinary advice.
Why a report helps
Vet visits are easier when the most important history is already organized. A report can show the period, key trends, lab history, daily care, and notes in one shareable PDF.
You can also write a note for the visit, such as questions for your veterinarian or topics to discuss. This note appears near the top of the report as Caregiver's Notes & Questions.
How it works in FeliVitals
- Add visit notes. Write questions or topics for your veterinarian, such as medication questions, blood pressure concerns, or a next lab panel.
- Choose export settings. Select the report timeframe and choose which sections to include.
- Share the PDF report. Generate a PDF with the selected history and share it before or during the appointment.
Add visit notes
Keep questions for your veterinarian in the Vet Visit area. These notes appear at the top of the PDF report when present.
Choose export settings
Select Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last year, or All history, then choose sections.
Share the report
The report includes patient details, diagnosis notes, selected sections, generated date, and a shareable PDF layout.
Configurable report options
You can choose the timeframe before export: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last year, or All history.
You can also turn report sections on or off, so a short recheck can stay focused and a longer visit can include more history.
Report sections
- Caregiver's Notes & Questions at the top of the report when saved.
